1. The Work
   "The Work" means the Codex website at https://codexai.network and everything it is made of: its HTML, CSS and
   JavaScript source code, design, text, translations, scoring methods (including the Codex Trust Score, the risk
   scan and the exchange trust scores), data files, generated pages and any other file published with it.

2. Permitted use
   You may visit and use the official website for personal or business purposes, link to it, share its links, and
   embed its chart or report widgets on your own site using the embed code that the website provides (the "Embed"
   button), without changes.

3. Not permitted without prior written permission from Codex
   a) copying, mirroring, proxying, framing, re-hosting or publishing the Work, or any substantial part of it, on
      any other address;
   b) modifying, translating, rebranding or making derivative works from the Work, or using it to build a similar
      or competing website or app;
   c) removing, hiding or bypassing the copyright notices, the official-address checks or any other protection
      built into the Work;
   d) bulk-copying (scraping) the Work or its generated pages in order to republish them.

4. Source code visibility
   If any file of the Work is visible on a code-hosting service (for example GitHub), it is visible only so that
   the website can be published. That visibility is not a licence to copy, fork-and-publish, run or reuse the
   Work elsewhere. Any rights that the hosting service's own terms give inside that service (such as viewing or
   forking within the service) do not include running or publishing the Work on another address.

5. Third-party material
   Prices, token and exchange names, logos and other data shown by the Work come from third parties and belong to
   their respective owners.

6. Information only; no warranty
   The Work, including every Codex Trust Score, risk scan and exchange score, is for information only. It is not
   financial, investment or legal advice. The Work is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

7. Enforcement
   Unauthorised copies may be reported to search engines, hosting providers, domain registrars, browser safety
   services and code-hosting platforms, and may be removed under applicable copyright law (for example by a DMCA
   notice) or pursued by other legal means.
